  Does it mean San Felipe somewhere in California or San Felipe, Baja California, Mexico? All I know for sure about this one is the date.

  Well, it says "Cal.", so that's what I'd put. Surely it'd say Baja California if it were there.

  Well, there are quite a few San Felipes, but I'd go with California as that is what it says.
