Do I need to input this?

The following puzzling sequence was part of a plant label location - not sure whether to put it all into the translation? Also what does it mean?

    SWQ, NEQ, NWQ, Sec. 36, T4N, R7W

I put those in, yes. Apparently it's some kind of geographical reference, but I haven't seen a proper explanation anywhere.

They are probably the PLSS plotting coordinates. Probably much better than saying "0.4 miles S of Sometown." That 'town' may well have grown southward since the specimen was collected! And is the distance from the center of town, the town line, etc. Of course, the location may also be paved over by now, also. 😭 I've been putting all that in the 'Location' field. 😉
