RESOLVED There is no "Unknown" option for the State/Province field

  All others with dropdown picker menus have one for if the data is not present (Country has Unknown Country, County has Unknown County and the Month/Day/Year date fields have Not Shown) but State/Province does not have one; have to leave it as --State-- and then it shows as "placeholder".

  It's been like this always as far as I know; just kept forgetting to write about it. :^)

  Yeah this is a good point. Let me add that as an issue to our issue tracker, and see if we can get it fixed.

  I think this might be fixed? The ticket was closed by the NFN developer so I am hoping its all better! Let me know....
