  Jardin Botanique - botanical garden. Hyères and Fenouillet are places in France, so I'm not sure what "et Hyères au Fenouillet" is about.

  Fenouillet is a mountain in the commune Hyères. So I guess it means "found on that mountain". (and in the botanical garden).

  French. Looks like Hyères is in the Var department of France, so I entered that for the state, and entered the whole line in location.
