  I thought the first line might be Highway # 52 in Iowa.
  Then I thought "Penn tp" was pennsylvania turnpike.
  So now I am just confused

  Iowa, Penn Township, Section 20. I assume that this is a township and range designation. Problem: 4 Penn Twps in IA.

  I found out that counties in Iowa have (had) numbers - thus the #52, which then narrowed down which Penn Twp it was. Thanks for your help!
