Question on correct County

At the top of the card, Utah Co., Utah is printed. But the plant was collected at the Provo County Building grounds in Provo. Should this be Provo County or Utah County?

I think Utah. Just a guess, but they probably meant something like "the county buildings in Provo. I don't think there is a Provo county in Utah.

. @md68135 is correct. The list of counties in Utah does not include Provo, see here http://utah.hometownlocator.com/. Provo, Utah is in Utah county according to http://utah.hometownlocator.com/ut/utah/provo.cfm. It's possible there is a building in Provo named (or commonly called) 'Provo County Building'. I would transcribe this one as State = Utah, County = Utah and put the sentence beginning with 'Provo County Building' in Location.
