Place name changes

  I've had some ledger pages come up with Siam - should I transcribe exactly as the help examples suggest or replace with Thailand?

  Type it in as Siam. It will be easy enough for them to bulk change if they really want to!

  ive been going with as written, I actually it find quite interesting when you see countries that no longer exist
