Additional notes in the database

  Will notes such as this be copied into the final record? ISTM there's a lot that might not be captured.

  There are records from the past and they give a lot of details such as sex of the species etc. so I am sure that this information that we put in is transcribed into the correct category. I would love a glossary though. For example I understand 0900 0910 would mean captured between 9am and 9:10am but then there are numbers like 809.9. I am assuming this is either a catalogue number or a species code, but it would be helpful (and interesting to know). I was also transcribing a Herbarium record and it said R♂. I would really like to know what the R stands for.
