    Not sure if 20dm is right. Do people use these units? The USDA says the height of a mature specimen is a maximum of 3.3 feet. If it's a typo, 20cm would seem to be too short.

    Anyway, I'll transcribe it as 20dm.

    Well, yes, that's what I assumed it meant, ie, 2m.

    Decimeters seem to be a favorite unit of measure for botanists-several of the keys I use give measurements in decimeters, especially for moderate lengths such as the average height of herbaceous plants.
