Two separate plants on one record?

  This record seems to mention two different plants - capillifolium and compostifolium.
  What to do? Do we write about both, I guess.

  I have also found a few that look like corrections to an original label, added later with different information. any ideas as to hashtag to use for that?

  That sounds like a different thing, and not two separate plants. This thread: Conflicting determinations of species suggests using the later label (determination), but it's not important to do so.
