Always shows top left corner, no matter where I highlight the label

    This is so frustrating. When I click and drag a box around the label, then click to start transcribing, rather than show me the label it always shows the top left of the herbarium sheet. Am I doing something wrong? I'm using internet explorer. Thanks.
