Not all Virginia Counties Listed

In the last century, several of the eastern-most Virginia counties have incorporated into cities, and are listed as such in the Herbarium. The cities are after the counties.
A quick use of your favorite search engine will uncover the correct, present day name. If not, skip it, and put what you have in the "description and habitat" field. This was the consensus in another conversation here.

Only really it should be in the Location field. (Either one will do.)
