cannot find mexico in the country list?

Looking for mexico in the country list but i cannot find it. Am i overlooking something?

They fooled you by making it "easier" to find. United States, Canada, and Mexico are placed out of order at the top of the list. You can go straight to it using the keyboard by pressing M.
