C.W. Sexton was at Silverado Canyon, CA that year. I'm guessing "0.1 FMDR" is 0.1 mi from Main Divide Road.

Based on his labels on other specimens from Essig Museum, Roman numerals are the month and 10/12 refers to days. He was in area on 1974.
