  How do you handle non-English transcription?

  If it's a language I have some grasp of, I usually try to figure out what goes in which field, then transcribe exactly as it is on the label

  Definitely something that should be addressed in the (non-existent) transcription guide...

  Transcribe exactly as is - makes for better agreement in transcriptions. Has been requested for the instructions by AustinMast I think.
