Two different scientific names - what to record?

I would record them both ie "Fimbristylis autumnalis [Bulbostylis capillaris dupl. det. Robert Kral 1986]"

The answer from Austin Mast a while back was to record just the most recent one, Bulbostylis capillaris. This should go in the guidance.
