what do I enter when the scientific name has been corrected?

If nothing has been crossed out, I've been doing a = b, oldest first, e.g. Juncus abortivus = Juncus pelocarpus.

I do it in reverse with newest first. Maybe the data-base people will tell us the right way to do it. I could it argue either way.

The latest name applied to the specimen is the one to go with. Thanks!

So we put in just the most recent name? (even if there's a "= [something else]" on it?) Could this be added to guidance please? Ta.

Missing collector number - could be that part of the label is outside the photograph.
