  Guessing year is 2000 not 1900 because it is written on clear plastic. (But it might not be the original tag.)

  I came across one like this but it WAS 1900. There are a lot of collections at Wilson's Lake around that time. It has just been rewritten.

  Not guessing. Confirmed via database and having had a similar label. Wilson's Lake was sadly filled in for a while.
