  Could this be "Blue Ridge"? Only find "Oak", "Fossil", "Serenity" with search for "ridge" in Nelson. Those sure don't fit.

  It looks more like "[Something] Ridge, Hollow. Nelson Co." to me. Not sure if that's helpful.

  Must be a hollow in Three Ridges. Three Ridges is a confirmed hiking area in Nelson Co.
