  Where is Monticello? There are 20 states with a monticello town within them, so I just left state and county blank.

  I found it, it is not a town, but the name of Tomas Jefferson's home in Virginia [Albermarle co.]

  You're quite right. The connection is that Jefferson founded UVa, and the collection belongs to UVa.
