  Does this say "Rosselman" or "Russelman"? Tried Google searching many variations, but could not confirm park name.

  I would go with the 'u' and I've had a few difficult ones of his and if you look his '0' is fully rounded, so looks like it would be 'u'

  There's a "Russelmann Park Road" in Clayton in Contra Costa county.

  Great job. Yes, there is a Russelmann Park in Contra Costa not far from Mt. Diablo State Park.
