Batch numbers & location question

    On this page, the batch number appears to be the date recorded? So its inconsistent. e.g. at the start it is "12-1" so the registration number is 1886-12-1-781. Next batch is "29.12.86" - so now the registration number is 1886-29.12.86-788. Is this what you need?

    For location the instructions say "type exactly as written". I've been putting the inferred location when ditto marks are used. E.g. "Kossoum" has about 9 rows. Do you actually want the ditto marks instead?
