There doesn't appear to be a facility to copy & paste repeat items from one line to the next. Any labour saving tips?

Hi, ClipX is a seriously useful tool, which is also free. I found it really improved my bird-transcribing time. I use it a lot in work now as well.
There's also a Chrome extension called Aliaser which does something similar, and I find very handy over repeat Herbarium sessions.
