1937 6.5 end of sequence numbering?

The numbering for the last but one batch changes from 139 to 340, and then goes back to 150 for the last line. Going on previous transcribing (TWYS - type what you see) I have typed the number as written (340 - 349) but for each line added in brackets what the number would be if it followed the sequences before and after. What is the correct process?
