How do I transcribe a latitude/longitude location?

  This page starts with geographical locations, then half way down it has a latitude/longitude tagged on. How do I transcribe this?

  ° is ALT 0176 in windows, or OPTION SHIFT 8 for a MAC, or just type degrees and minutes
