  It's very likely from Bonner County, Idaho. So the "I" in this handwriting is different from the symbot that follows "roots,", that's most likely a dash

  Sorry, but there isn't any Bonner County in Colorado, this collector, has a very special way of writing the letter "I" so it is Idaho state.
