  This looks easy but I need a tutorial to be sure I do the work properly. Do I write down just one row or the whoole page?

  The whole page. This is why it can take some time. One row at a time you can transcribe the whole page, then submit it.

  If you only transcribe a few rows and then stop, is all of your work lost?

  No it isn't, but you don't seem to get an addition to your running totals unless you complete the page
