No date to be found on this row just 3 dashes as for following lines, quite distant below you may find another date: 17/1/1920 followed itself by another series of dashes to indicate may be the same datation, usually it's blow, so you have to check the previous page

Dashes need to typed in as dashes, there is no date recorded. " " dittos mean you can use the date above the dittos. Hope that makes sense.
