    The date format of -/-/-. I have indicated that as being 0/0/0. I am not sure what -'s mean. Does anyone else know what that means? Also the " marks that denote the inheritence from the above row I have included the name of the above. I believe this is the correct approach, but please correct me if I am wrong.

    -'s mean they don't have a . Just type in - - - . The" " mean type in the whole of the row above that has a description in it, Treat each row as a completely individual record. Anyone searching wouldn't be able to find the info if we just typed "". I hope that makes sense.
