What to do about missing data

  Is it better to leave fields blank, or, as I have been doing up until now, to enter 'none'? For example, on this label, there is no locality or habitat data.

  'skip' them and leave them blank. There are four pairs of eyes looking at these and whilst there are missing details on the label, some people use a search engine to track down the most obscure information! I know I always like the challenge. 😃

  I finished an item by mistake with some fields empty - is there a way to go back and fix this?
