Problems with data entry

    This specimen was found in Norfolk Co. This no longer exists. Wikipedia says: "In 1963, the remaining portions of Norfolk County were consolidated with the much smaller city of South Norfolk to form the new city of Chesapeake." I have recorded the county as Chesapeake as Norfolk is not in the drop down.
    Date of collection is given as Summer 1940. I have recorded July 1940 as the date of collection.

    All correct as far as county. I would have put Norfolk County and summer 1940 in the Habitat field, and let it go.
    It will be transcribed several more times, so what you did is fine - i.e., the best you could!
