  This guys name is very hard to read. What do you do in cases like this: Skip it or transcribe to the best of my abilities?

  M W Stiff. Not a good idea to guess, so can skip it, or click on the 'discuss' button and put a query up there for others who may have come across it before. Either way you are skipping it.
