Here are the words I could make out

  • welwitschia by welwitschia

    This seems to say Polygala paucifolia from Camp Tuckahoe, and the only Augusta Co. Camp Tuckahoe I could find was in Virginia. The habitat looks like Rich Woodland Mountains. Hope this helps.
