Idea - flag if a record has discussion

Another idea in quest of greater agreement on gnarly transcriptions - hopefully this one would be much quicker to implement.
As a transcriber, I would like to see a visual marker if a record I am transcribing has some existing comments, so that I can see questions and answers which other transcribers have already been through about the record.
Any opinions?
